Haunted House on Cloth

Currie made another great Halloween card.
Well lets start with the skull embellishment.  Currie stamped the skull with StazOn on top of Tim Holtz's Fragments.
The paper behind the Fragment looks like she scanned the fabric she stamped the haunted house on and printed it on white paper.

Currie stamped the haunted house and boo on the fabric with StazOn. She pulled some threads out to put a fring on the edges. Brads are used to attach the fabric to the card.  The bat is a button that we sell in our physical store.
She mounted the card in a number of layers. When she got to the last layer, she punched holes in the corners and used orange thread to tie the knots and embellish the corners.

3 Ghost with a Hat

Currie made this Halloween card.
All of these stamps are from Crackerbox Palace Stamps.
Currie stamped the 3 ghost with black ink. She outlined the eyes and the border with a light gray Copic Marker.
She stamped the witches hat on dark purple card stock and cut it out and attached it to the ghost.
The other images were stamped on the same white card stock as the ghost.
Happy Halloween was stamped on acetate and attached on the left with a cooper brad so it kind of hovers over the card.
She punched holes on the right side of the card and used black string to sew the zigzag design that leads down to the spider.
On the outer edge of the card she used Tim Holtz's distress edger. It makes a great edge for this card.

The inside of the card is even fun.
After she stamped BOO, she punched holes in the OO. She put green card stock behind it and made dots in the center of the holes to look like eyes.

Hold Each Person Close

I stamped the saying and then cut it out with Spellbinder. I also cut out the piece behind the saying with a Spellbinder also.

I stamped the diamond with embossing ink on the light blue card stock and embossed it in silver. I stamped and embossed a diamond on white card stock and cut it out to glue it over one on the strip.
The darker blue behind the diamonds was punched.

This is just a 'fill-in' card.
Would you like to see some different ideas for your Halloween cards?
Currie has made some GREAT Halloween cards that I will be posting as soon as I get home to my own pc.-hopefully tomorrow.  (I am still living with my folks and taking care of them in a different town than the one my house is.)

Dance In The Rain

This stamp is from Crackerbox Palace.  It was cut from Spellbinder as well as the blue cardstock I mounted it on. The background paper is from a 12x12 sheet that had a design printed in the corner.

Remember 9/11

I am sorry this is a day late for the 10 year anniversary, but still we must remember.
Laurie Tolmasoff is from Beaverton OR. and she remembers every year.  She makes ATC cards every year.  This is the one she sent to me. It did arrive on Saturday, but I didn't come to the store until today-sory Laurie.
The ATC card is layered on a gold mirrored card stock.
The images are stamped on a natural colored card stock. The city scape is from VivaLasVegaStamps, the stamp with the totals she had custom made and the 'Remember' is one of ours.
Great ATC Laurie and thanks for remembering.

Good Friends like Angels

I started out with a photograph. One of my favorite kind of pictures are trees, so I picked this one.  I cut out the opening for the saying with Spellbinders.
I stamped and embossed the saying.
I layered it on the same card stock I stamped the saying and then on glossy black to match the embossed words.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look.

Straight From the Heart Cookbook

Currie made this really cute cookbook. This could be given as a very nice gift to friends or family.
She has used some of our new stamps.
She colored the images with Copic markers.
The book is made out of chipboard.  On the cover she glued on the card stock on the chipboard. Currie used a corner punch to round the corners.
Currie stamped the 'Straight from the heart' stamp on white paper then glued it to one of Tim Holtz's Fragments.  Once it is dry cut around the plastic fragment. It adds a nice touch for an embellishment.
This is the inside cover.

On all of the pages she used the blank recipe stamp.
She added the stamp in the lower right corner that is blank on the stamp so you can add different images.

Currie added the bowl stamp.
This one she used the carrots.
The cupcake was used on this page and she added dots so it looks like candy dots.

A strawberry was stamped in the corner.
Currie stamped the jar and added the word 'sauce'.

The jar is blank so you can put any word on it you would like, such as: jam, jelly, or anything you like.
This is a great stamp for a meat recipe.
Currie made a lime out our 'doily' stamp.
I love the idea and it really works for a lime.
And this is the back cover.
